| Ty Murray Internet Update Happy New Year, Everyone. I hope you all had a great holiday season, and that 2003 is your best year yet. I've been busy, as usual, and that's the way I like it. In December, I commentated on the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo telecast again. I really enjoy doing that, and hope you got to see it on ESPN. The NFR's the Super Bowl, and it's always great watching for all of us. I've recently taken over for Walt Garrison as the new spokesman for U.S. Smokeless Tobacco Co., and will be featured in an upcoming national ad campaign. I just got back from the national sales convention in Orlando, Florida. I went with Walt, and we had a lot of fun. He's a great guy, and a funny guy, so it was a good time. I've been working on another book, "King of the Cowboys," which will be published by Simon and Schuster in April. These kinds of projects are a lot of work, but are always rewarding in the end. When I'm home I spend a good part of my time in the saddle, riding colts. Working on my horsemanship has been a lifelong passion of mine, and it's been neat to have more time to dedicate to that. My PBR event in Albuquerque is coming up March 14-15. You can call 800-905-3315 or TICKETS.COM if you're interested in tickets. I received the PBR Ring of Honor at the PBR Finals last fall, and that was a pretty neat deal. The PBR also threw a heck of a party in my honor out there in Las Vegas, and I sure appreciated that. We're posting a couple related stories on that here (left menu), too, in case you weren't there. Well, that's it for now. Take care of yourself,
